On the following pages you will find – in alphabetical order – information about the hotel and its services, which will help you to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

AIR CONDITIONING – HEATING All rooms have an individual Air Conditioning and Heating system in the living room and heater in the sleeping room.

BIKES It is not allowed the access and use of bikes in the whole area of the hotel except the parking area.

CAR RENTAL You can rent a car at the front desk at any time during the day.

CREDIT CARDS At the front desk we accept VISA, MASTERCARD & MAESTRO

CURRENT The current is 220 VOLT. Please do not remove the card from the box for electricity.

DEPARTURE Please check out of your room on the day of your departure latest 11:00. If you need a day use, please contact reception one day in advance.

EXCURSIONS Please contact the front desk or read the info board about excursions.

FIRE The hotel is fully equipped and prepared to deal with emergencies. In case of fire, please concentrate on the pool area.

FIRST AID In case of an emergency please contact the front desk. The doctor is available in the hotel upon request.

INTERNET Internet access is available everywhere in the hotel. Please ask at reception for your code.

In the reception area we also have an internet corner which can be used free of charge.

LOST & FOUND If you have lost something, please contact the front desk. The hotel takes no responsibility for missing valuables from the apartments or its public areas.

MESSAGES Any messages you receive will be sent to your apartment.

PARKING You may park your car on the parking lot. Keep your car always locked and do not leave any valuable things in it. The hotel takes no responsibility for any damages and losses.

PETS It is not allowed to keep pets in the apartments.

PILATES STUDIO The resort features a dedicated Pilates studio equipped with the latest reformer machines. Guests can book their class participation on the spot.

POOL BAR The Pool Bar provides you with a great variety of refreshments and beverages and a marvelous view to the bay.

REPAIRS If repairs in your room are necessary, please contact the front desk. Any damage will be usually fixed within the same day. We thank you for your understanding that due to extraordinary technical problems there might be a delay in the repair.

SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX The use of the safety deposit box in your apartment is free of charge and you can find it in the wardrobe.

SEWAGE SYSTEM We kindly ask you not to put any toilet paper down in the toilet, please put it in the bin.

SUN BEDS & UMBRELLAS Sun beds and umbrellas in the pool area are free of charge. Sun beds at the beach are also free of charge. Please don’t move the sun beds from the pool or beach to your apartment and do not occupy the sun beds by putting your towel on it.

SWIMMING POOL The pool is filtered, cleaned and the water is changed permanently. It is not allowed to use the pool from 20:00 until 10:00 o’clock. You are advised to follow the instructions of the lifeguard. Never leave your children to swim unattended and diving is prohibited. Visitors, who are not guests of the hotel, are not allowed to use the pool facilities.

TAXI You can order a taxi through the front desk. Please ask the driver about the price before you enter the cab.

TELEVISION Please set the volume on a level that does not disturb anybody near your room.

TENNIS Please contact the reception for reservations. The use is 5 € per hour.

TIME OF REST Please take care that you do not disturb anybody during the general resting times between 15:00 and 17:30 and between 23:00 and 07:00 o’clock.

TOWELS Can you imagine how many towels are unnecessarily washed every day and the great amount of washing powder needed which thereby pollutes our water? Please decide: towels thrown into the bath tub means: “PLEASE CHANGE”. Towels hung on the towel rail means: “I’LL USE IT AGAIN – FOR THE SAKE OF OUR ENVIRONMENT”. Please notice that it is not allowed to use these towels outside of your room. The guest is charged with any damage or loss. The cleaning service is between 09:00 -16:00.

WATER As the water in the whole island is not drinkable, we advise you to drink and cook only bottled water.
