General Information
- You have to keep the apartments and the surrounding area clean. Do not throw rubbish around.
- Respect the other clients of the hotel as most of them are families with small children. Do not disturb the rest residents making noise, especially at general resting times between 14:30 and 17:30 and between 23:00 and 07:00 o’clock. Two security guards will be here during the night hours supervising the area.
- In case of any damage in and outside of your apartments, you will be charged.
- The towels are changed 3 times per week, so you have to keep them clean. Do not throw them on the floor, as the very dirty towels cannot be cleaned and in this case you will be charged 10 euros per piece.
- You are not allowed to dive or jump in the pool. You always have to follow the instructions of the lifeguard. For your safety you are allowed to use the pool between 10:00 – 20:00. After 20:00 the pool is chlorinated and not appropriate for use.
- It is not allowed the access and use of bikes in the whole area of the hotel except the parking area.
- The hotel is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of cash, jewelry or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. You will get a key from the reception for the safety deposit box, free of charge.
- Internet access is available everywhere in the hotel. Just ask at reception for the code.
